Why did you choose to collaborate with Empowr?


“Empowr offers us the solution we were looking for in offering a wide range of well-being. The fact that, as an employer, we can provide important input into that offer and thus tailor it, makes it an extremely workable solution for us.

In addition, it helps that, under the guidance of Empowr, we were able to make use of the MDIEU grant. In this way, it is also an attractive initiative from a financial point of view.”

Why does HSO invest preventively in the vitality of employees?

What goes well in the collaboration?


“By the biweekly check-ins with Empowr, we are very flexible in terms of implementation and design. This ensures that we are on the right track and can make timely adjustments where necessary. Empowr's input is greatly appreciated.”

What could be better?


“Our Vitality Vibes is still new to the organization, so we sometimes still experiment with what works and what doesn't. Sometimes enthusiasm lags behind because we can approach things more conveniently from a logistical point of view. But that's okay; we're learning from this together with Empowr.”

What do you hope to achieve with the collaboration with Empowr?


“I strive to ensure that vitality and caring for the well-being of employees are and remain part of us. DNA. It would be great if the use of Empowr will be automatic for everyone.”

What advice do you have for other consulting companies about well-being?

“Above all, don't do anything with it, because that helps us stand out, haha! No, but seriously... I think that every employer should have vitality top of mind. Ultimately, it's the people who make the difference. From that knowledge, it is important that we take care of our people. We ask quite a lot from our colleagues, and attention to everyone's well-being should certainly come in return.”
