I will guide you through exercises to identify and dismantle your negative thoughts, using the four questions from Byron Katie. This is a great tool to continuously challenge your thoughts and bring yourself back to the moment. Additionally, we will engage in a worry exercise—a writing activity to gain more insight into repetitive thoughts. During the session, we will focus on how repetitive thoughts function in our brains and how to create new neural pathways.
