MWLBW: Start of the 5-day meditation challenge: Boost your work-life balance
Do you often find your attention focused on the future or the past? Mindfulness can be a powerful way to find more balance and focus. By being present in the moment, you take control of your life rather than feeling like you're being carried along. Often, we're unaware that we already possess inner resources like peace, happiness, and self-confidence. Mindfulness helps you discover and strengthen these qualities within yourself.
Starting on Monday, March 17, we’ll be offering a series of practical mindfulness exercises through our Self Guided Care page. This 5-day Mindfulness Challenge is designed to help you increase your awareness, develop inner peace, and strengthen your emotional balance. Each day, a new audio file will be available for you to listen to at your own pace.
By the end of the challenge, you’ll find that you are better able to navigate daily situations with more focus and resilience. Our goal is to integrate mindfulness as a sustainable skill into your daily routine. We also encourage you to invite colleagues, as well as your partner or friend, to join so that you can work together toward personal growth and creating the right balance.
What to expect from this 45-minute mindfulness intro session?
Mindfulness training is also called attention training—because wherever your attention is, that’s where you are. Mindfulness is about being consciously present. It gives you the freedom to choose how you react to situations, rather than responding automatically, allowing you more control over how you handle challenges and emotions. In this introduction, Noor will explain how mindfulness works for you.
